NYJ Group LLC will be providing details on the Supply Chain Due Diligence and Human Rights issues and Promotion of Responsible Business Practices.

Through our due diligence activities NYJ Group LLC have identified the following SDGs as relevant to our business: Gender equality.
We have implemented these SDGs through employment of men & women in all areas of our manufacturing operations.
We have identified the growth in employment without gender bias as an impact

COMPANY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
NYJ Group LLC have the Corporate Policy, Supply Chain Policy, Human Rights Policy, Trading Policy, Employment Policy in place. They are available on the website. The Supply Cain Policy and Procedure details our commitment to respect human rights throughout our supply chain and our supply chain due diligence on gold, silver, platinum group metals, diamonds, emeralds rubies and sapphies in general & originating from conflict-affected and high-risk areas. NYJ Group LLC endorse these policies to our suppliers and stakeholders by distributing them via our web site.
To support supply chain due diligence, we have communicated our Vendor Code of Conduct to our suppliers and asked for their written communication about their system and supply chain. The compliance office is responsible for the due diligenc. To aid us in identifying our human rights impacts we have developed and implemented a system conforming to RJC CoP 2019. The Partner responsible for overseeing our human rights impacts is Sudesh Mahecha
‘NYJ Group LLC buys precious metals from LBMA or similar good delivery lists. The diamonds are sourced from non-sanctioned areas.
As a company we communicate our expectations regarding human rights and supply chain due diligence by sending Vendor Code of Conduct to all our suppliers. In addition to this, we also visit the suppliers once a year and document a visit report.
Our grievance mechanism for internal & external stakeholders can be accessed via [email protected]. No grievances have been received. Partners would investigate the grievances.
IDENTIFIED & ASSESSED RISKS
We assess our own and supplier’s due diligence practices and those relating to human rights by getting written confirmation and visits. We engage with the suppliers for every order.
There are no significant risks identified and no Red flags are identified.
STRATEGY
Our risk assessment findings are received by Compliance Officer.
To respond to the risks identified within our supply chain, we have checked if the existing controls are adequate in mitigating the risk to acceptable levels, or whether any additional controls are required. As of now, all the existing controls are adequate in bringing the risks down to acceptable levels.
The employees were given Trainings on the Bribery and Facilitation Payment, AML Trainings, Training about identifying the Lab Grown Diamonds, Health and Safety risk management through Fire Drills. Training about first aid is also given to employees. Identification of supply chain risks is also given to the employees that visit suppliers.
The due diligence results are communicated through this website reporting.
In case any Human Rights Risk is identified, we would engage with the business associate on personal level.
This is our first report. No grievances have been reported till date.
CARRY OUT A THIRD PARTY AUDIT
The company joined RJC in 2023 and is in the process of getting certified through a RJC Approved third party auditors.

BUSINESS PRACTICES & MATERIAL ISSUES
We have found the use of natural resources for the manufacturing unit. We are trying to collect and identify the data, to arrive at ways to reduce energy consumption, material and reduce waste and emissions. We are also trying to collect the water consumption data and after analysis, we will arrive at a plan to reduce consumption.
ACTIONS & OUTCOMES
As of date, the data is collected for different areas. Once we have data for a period of 1 year, we will analyse the data to find ways to improve our environmental performance.
Managing Director at the Manufacturing Unit looks after the data collection, analysis and will arrive at an action plan.
